Cancellation Policy: 

Refunds will be offered until Wednesday April 9 by 9 a.m. with a $35.00 processing fee. Registration may be transferred to another participant with 48 hour notice  via e-mail.

• Understand the current professional and legal standards of practice between therapeutic and forensic services
• Identify what ethical considerations arise when your clients are involved with the Family Court System
• Identify circumstances where a professional's experience can be misapplied to families involved in the court system and ways to prevent this
• Identify strategies in working with these families for optimum client outcomes
• Learn resources available to families to reduce chronic re-litigation
